Last week, CoStar released an article detailing how banks and their clients are being affected by the pandemic. Banks are deciding to build up their capital reserves as more and more of their clients are in loan delinquency.

Out of the total reserves, JPMorgan reported the provision of losses were $1 billion, predominantly driven by continued pressure on oil prices, real estate and the consumer and retail industries.
