Clemons is excited to announce our move to a new, permanent location fronting Main Street at 1 East Armour in Kansas City.
“Clemons has experienced almost 100% growth per year for the last two years in a row, and this requires more office space to effectively manage and sustain future growth,” says Todd Zauner, Chief Operating Officer. “We wanted to be in a building that could grow with us, and the Armour building is just the right fit for this need.”
This new location sits in the heart of KC, fronting the streetcar expansion route, and is the ideal spot for our company to continue to invest in and make an impact on the communities around us. With room to spare, the space also allows us to bring all of our departments — commercial real estate, property management, and construction — under one roof.
