We’re proud of our team members, and we want everyone else to know how great they are. That’s why each month we talk with one of our employees to let them share how they shine in their role. This month, we’re talking with Property Manager Toni Casey.
What’s been your most exciting project recently?
Joining the Clemons team and applying my own personal strengths to my day-to-day! My portfolio has been quite the undertaking in some aspects and it has been incredibly rewarding to see myself and my amazing company collaborate together to discover new pathways! I’m always up to take the road less traveled and this new chapter in life has been just that!
How do you utilize our core values in your role?
Thus far, I have found collaboration to be the most prevalent of values in my day-to-day. I find myself collaborating with my team often. Even those who are in different fields are more than willing to jump in and find ways to help one another out.
These three values are the foundation of Clemons Real Estate and I am honored to say it translates over to our residents, as well. Just as I know I can count on my team members for education/support, I know I can count on my residents to be transparent and have a genuine relationship with them. Something I value in a job is the recognition of every part of the team, and our residents are undoubtedly the MVPs.
What have been some highlights during your time with Clemons?
It feels as if there have been so many in just a short amount of time! I have learned a ton throughout my experience with Clemons already. My team and I have done a 180 with occupancy rates in my properties, I’ve been given the opportunity to utilize my creativity/problem solving on numerous occasions, played “treasure hunt” to find an old pool room in a building, created friendships most can only hope for from a workplace and so much more!
As humans, we are constantly growing. I have found myself flourishing in education-rich soil, a positive/healthy environment, and receiving never-ending support has guaranteed growth in the right direction for me. I am incredibly excited to see what growth the next year has in store!
